How do I book a ride with LoopCab?
Booking a ride is quick and easy! You can:
- Visit our website at www.loopcab.com
- Use our mobile app
- Call or WhatsApp our customer support team
Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your vehicle type, and choose your preferred time. You’ll receive confirmation instantly.
What airports do you serve?
LoopCab offers reliable airport transfers to and from all major airports, including:
- Heathrow (LHR)
- Gatwick (LGW)
- Luton (LTN)
- Stansted (STN)
- London City Airport (LCY)
Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your vehicle type, and choose your preferred time. You’ll receive confirmation instantly.
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can cancel or reschedule:
- By logging into your account on our website
- By calling or messaging our support team
We offer free cancellations up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes made less than 12 hours before pickup may be subject to a fee.
Do you charge extra for luggage?
No, we do not charge for standard luggage. Each passenger is allowed:
- 1 large suitcase
- 1 hand luggage
If you’re traveling with extra or oversized luggage, just let us know during booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.
How will I recognize my driver at the airport?
Your driver will:
- Be waiting at the arrivals area with a signboard showing your name
- Send you a text or WhatsApp message upon arrival
- Wear a LoopCab-branded badge or uniform (where applicable)
We also send you the driver’s name, photo, and car details in advance for your peace of mind.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes, we offer child and baby car seats free of charge.
Please request the type of seat you need during booking:
- Infant seat (0–9 months)
- Toddler seat (9 months–4 years)
- Booster seat (4–12 years)
What if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry. We monitor your flight in real-time and automatically adjust your pickup time to match your actual arrival.
There are no extra charges for delays caused by airlines.
